CO-FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL - SHARON BUDMAN
Sharon is a hands-on individual with 30 plus years experience in Healthcare management and Privacy Law. Her key areas of expertise include Operations, Relationship Building/Customer experience, Corporate Privacy, Security & Compliance, and Training. She has worked in various industries such as: Healthcare, Hospitality & Restaurant Management, and as a Consultant for a Big 4 firm.
Challenge her - she prides herself on her ability to create, implement, and multi-task to get things done. Her unique skillset and business acumen allow her to effectively make business decisions, but to also provide invaluable expertise to help business professionals to position themselves appropriately to achieve their professional goals.
Sharon graduated from the University of Miami with an MS ED in Leadership and a BBA in Accounting with a minor in Business Law. She also holds a Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management. In addition to attending concerts and sporting events, she writes concert/show reviews and dabbles in photography, shooting stars both on the stage and in the sky.
CO-FOUNDER & STRATEGIC ADVISOR – GARY BLICKSILVER
Performance-driven, senior-level manager with a history of progressively responsible experience with small, midsized, and large public and private companies. Demonstrated ability to guide strategic plans and work as a collaborative partner with C-Suite executives to drive businesses forward and optimize ROI.
Gary graduated from the University of Miami with a BBA in Marketing, and a technical minor in English (he loves to write!). His 40th Birthday present to himself – a Fender Strat – remains virtually untouched as does his small collection of Lionel Trains. “Thinking” out-of-the-box doesn’t necessarily mean “Taking” out-of-the-box .
